Although it happens to be constructed on public right-of-way, per the attached resolution,Tonkaview Court is a private
road, privately maintained.

Mike,
Jesse asked me if Tonkaview Ct was a private or public road. Public works says they do not plow this road, but our
address book says it's public.
Do you know off the top of your head or can you help me find out if this is a public or private road.
I can easily change the address book, but don't want to do so without confirmation.
