Dear Mr. Peterson:
According to our files, the above described property was required to connect to the municipal
sewer system no later than December 31, 1998. Our files indicate that the Sewer Availability
Charge (SAC) fee has not been paid. The SAC fee must be paid the year of the connection and
prior to issuing a permit for the sewer hookup. The SAC fee for the year 2000 will be
$1100.00. A licensed plumber must then obtain a permit from the City at a cost of$35.00 to
make the connection from the residence to the actual sewer line.
Your residence is required to connect to the municipal sewer system no later than September 1,
2000.

city to make the connection from residence to the actual sewer line.
