Good afternoon Christine,
I'm looking to do some work on the front of our property and I was just wondering if we'd need a permit for the
project.
The project would comprise digging up 6 inches deep in an area about 15' wide by 4-5' deep along the street on
our property and filling it in with rock. Reason for the project is drainage issues at the front of the property.
Would this scope of project fall under the Land Alteration, Minor permit section?
