Dear Mr. Skoog:
I have enclosed a variance application packet as requested. The application deadline to appear on
the September 18, 2000 Planning Commission agenda is noon, Wednesday, August 23rd. The
following items are required to complete your application:
1. Completed Application Form and$250 variance application fee.
2. Certified Property Owners List of owners within 150',labels and plat map(you must obtain
this list, labels and map from Hennepin County Department of Finance, they can be
contacted at (612) 348-5910). They will need to know from you the property address or
property identification number for the lot the variance is being requested.
3. Revised Certificate of Survey (signed by a licensed surveyor).
4. Sketches or plans elevation views and floor plans(provide one (1) copy 8'/2" x 11").
5. List of the legal names(include marital status)of all persons with an interest in the property.
