COMMENTS: In order to confirm that your septic system meets Minnesota standards, soil borings
were performed to verify a 3 foot separation between the drainfield and the seasonal' water
table. The separation is 0 feet and the system is non-compliant. Connection to municipal
sewer is required by 3/24/98.

treatment system at the above address has been inspected and appears to fall into the category checked below.
