The other will be boulders and will not exceed the 48" height needed for engineering. Your engineer should be able to see the the top of foundation is at 962.3 and the grade is at 960.3, 2 feet lower. With 8" ceiling height in the basement(shown on plan) and 3'2" sill height for the egress window (shown on plan) it is a simple calculation to see from the window sill to grade is 30", much less the the 48" height requirement for retaining wall engineering. I shouldn't need another survey all the information is on the plans and survey already, it costs me $150.00 to have it re-drawn and the info is already there. Please let me know as soon as possible. Regarding the permit for the sewer disconnect, as I stated in my 1/11/27 response DNE Excavating will get his disconnect permit he is the licensed plumber I cannot apply for it. I called him today and he said he usually gets it after I have the building permit in hand. Please let me know if this is correct. Thank you for your help with this project, I am eager to get started so as to beat road restrictions. Thank you again I look forward to hearing from you. The house plans elevation and grading plan views depict retaining walls on the south side of the home. The City Survey standards require top and bottom elevations of retaining walls to be called out(Survey requirement#23). Walls greater than 4' in height must be designed by a licensed professional, and plans must be submitted to the City for review prior to the approval of the permit. Tiered walls are considered one wall unless they are separated by at least twice the height of the lower wall. 1 Building Permit Survey C ORONO , S PLAN GRADING PIAN Y v► U ,601, Prepared for: I WPPROVED ;rob Everlost En terprises a 'APPROVED WITH REVISIONS. 9RONt OP 0 DIS P /ED O 6 h BY DATE _ _ / - 'fi l g61k JAN 1 1 N 9 /1965- Brook St N N89 38'58"W 125.25 40 gbh' Proposed Driveway (961)/ Q 0 %. 1 c' (961) I (961.3) (961.5) TOF=962.3= 0 C 96La -T 13.3 I 959 lu q) ---- j 30.2 ---- 10.1 14- o I o / ; O i a 2.0 g9 5 x 959'3 I . Q) rl x9 Gi Proposed --- - --- 53.4 ---------- O I Pro o d Walk ql I FBLO 960 FFE=964.3 I o 0 TOF=962.3 GFE=961.5 ^ 60 xisting Garage. 0 0 O c f LFE=954.5 I DeckI u) ?. :.
