I hereby certify that this is a true and correct representation of a survey
of the boundaries of that part of Lot 10, Block 10, Townsite of Langdon Park,
described as follows: Beginning; at a point in the North lire of said lot
distant 105 feet East from the Northwest corner of said lot; thence South
parallel with the West line of said lot a distance of 140 feet; thence West
at right angles a distance of 7 feet; thence South parallel with said West
line a distance of 7.5 feet; thence East parallel with the North line of
said lot a distance of 86.5 feet; thence North parallel with said West line
a distance of 1.47.5 feet to said North line; thence West a distance of 79.5
feet to the point of beginning.
