Dear Doug:
The copy of the survey you provided us for your neighbor to the
west, Wayne Behm, was done by Otto Associates and dated 4-13-81 .
It shows your northwest house corner to be 3 .5 feet east of your
west property line and your southwest house corner to be 4 . 5 feet
east of your west property line.
The new deck is 9 . 6 feet east of the northwest house corner and
extends north for 12 feet. Based on your house position shown
on your neighbor ' s survey, this puts your southwest deck corner
13 . 1 feet east of your west property line and your northwest
deck corner approximately 12 . 6 feet east of your west property
line .
