Dear Sirs:
This letter is to confirm our phone conversation of April 12, 1993. Corrective action must be
taken to route City water through the water meter and an inspection must be conducted to verify
corrections by April 19, 1993. If this deadline is not met, the City will discontinue water
service to the residence and a reconnection fee will be assessed to turn the water back on. If
you have any questions or if you have a problem meeting this deadline, feel free to contact me
at my office.
