3:30 P.M., JULY 30, 1991
Members present; Mayor Barbara Peterson, Councilmembers J. Dianne
Goetten, Ed Callahan, Gabriel Jabbour and Mary Butler. Acting
Administrator John R. Gerhardson and Jack Boarman were also in
attendance.
Council directed City staff to assist Gabriel Jabbour and Maureen
Bellows with the review of the Request for Proposals for
Construction Manager.
Following a review of the Request for Proposals from four
companies offering construction manager services, Callahan moved,
Peterson seconded to direct staff to negotiate an
agreement /contract with Kraus /Anderson to provide a construction
manager for the new city facility and that the fixed amount of
the contract not exceed $90,000 and that the reimbursibles amount
not exceed $106,950. All voted aye. Motion passed.
It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Peterson, to adjourn the
special meeting at 5:00 p.m. All voted aye. Motion passed.

meeting is to review information to be presented by the City's
architect.
