i HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY
-OF ORONO, MINNESOTA
HELD JULY -22, 1991
ROLL CALL:
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority met on the above
date with the following members present: Barbara *Peterson, J.
Diann Goetten, Edward Callahan, and Gabriel Jabbour. D4ary Butler
was absent. Also present were City Attorney Thomas Barrett,
Charles Kelley, and City Recorder Laurie Scheffler. The meeting
was called to order at 8:46 p.m.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS
It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Peterson, to nominate
the following persons -to serve as officers of the Housing and
Redevelopment Authority: Gabriel Jabbour as Chair, Mary Butler
as Vice - Chair, and Charles Kelley as Secretary. All voted aye.
Motion passed.
ADOPTION OF BY -LAVIS '
It was agreed by the Authority that the City Attorney be
directed to properly complete -the By -Laws.
ADJOURN14ENT
It was moved by Callahan, seconded by Goetten, to adjourn
the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Orono, Minnesota
P4eeting at 8:50 p.m. All voted aye. Motion passed.
