LEGAL DESCRIPTION
That part of Lot 7, Block 10, TOWNSITE OF LANGDON PARK, Hennepin County, Minnesota, described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of said Lot 7 a distance of 136.45 feet North of the Southeast corner
thereof; thence West at right angles to said East line a distance of 128.00 feet; thence South at right angles
a distance of 13.55 feet; thence West at right angles a distance of 136.00 feet more or less to the West line
of said Lot 7; thence North along the West line thereof to the Northwest corner thereof; thence East along
the North line thereof to the Northeast corner thereof, thence South along the East line thereof to the point
of beginning. EXCEPT road. Also EXCEPT the West 100.00 feet of said described property.
