Reed 3645 Togo Rd. Wayzata, MN 55391 Re: Notice of Zoning Violation Dear Mr. Bolterman, I recently spoke with someone at your office when I was unable to reach you personally who, when I explained my situation, indicated that he would leave you a note of explanation and that I should bring in a letter in addition. The notice is dated April 26 and requires compliance by May 10. Please note that the owner is listed as Antony Reed who is my ex-husband and has never lived there. I was awarded sole ownership of the home and am working on removing him from the mortgage. As a currently unemployed single mother with some physical limitations I have been unable to arrange for a dumpster and able-bodied assistance within that time limit. I also have had to make arrangements to get a copy of the title for the vehicle that needs to go and that has taken time. I therefore respectfully request an extension. I should be able to get the dumpster and the help I need within approximately three weeks, possibly as soon as next weekend if a unit becomes available. Thank you very much for your time, please call me at (952) 471-7341 if this is unsatisfactory or if there is anything else I need to do.
