I am writing this letter at the request of Building Official, Lyle Oman regarding the above-described property. As you may be aware, the City has initiated a hazardous building action against this property with the intent of demolishing the home. It is my understanding that arrangements have been made to sell this property and that the structure will be demolished and removed shortly after the sale. The City has authorized me to stay the current proceedings while the sale of this property occurs. The City will agree to stay these proceedings until November 15, 2011. If the structure is demolished by that time, the City will dismiss these proceedings and that will finalize this lawsuit. Please be advised that the City of Orono does require demolition permits and I would encourage you to contact Lyle Oman to make sure that all permits are obtained. Please feel free to contact me at (651) 234-6217 if you have any questions regarding this correspondence. Very truly yours, CAMPBELL KNUTSON Professional Association By: t C!1t Soren M. Mattick 12.
