Subject to the following terms and conditions : 1. The driveway easement shall terminate upon the grantees. or their heirs or assigns creating a new driveway entirely across their said premises . 2. Grantees or their heirs or assigns shall maintain the said driveway and utility easements at their sole cost and expense except that if the grantors or their heirs or assigns use said ease- ments, the cost and expense shall be shared equally. 3. Grantors ortheir heirs or assigns may, at their option and expense, relocate all or any part of the utility easement. 4 . Grantees or their heirs or assigns shall hold grantors or their heirs or assigns harmless from all acts of parties other than grantors, their agents, assigns or invitees. Grantees or their heirs and assigns shall maintain appropriate liability insurance which covers the easement areas, a copy of which shall be provided grantors or their heirs or assigns, upon written request to grantees, their heirs or assigns. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD SAID EASEMENT unto said grantees, their heirs and assigns, as appurtenant to grantees said land.
