Dear Pam:
It has come to the attention of this department that a storage shed
has been placed or built on your property at 3640 Togo Road.
This letter is to inform you that: a building permit is required for
storage sheds in the City of Orono. Please provide two sets of
building plans, hardcover calculations and a building permit
application for review. Thank you for your cooperation in this
matter.

Re: Shed Building Permit
Dear Pam:
On December 16, 1992 an after the fact building permit was approved for the storage shed
placed on your property. Numerous calls have been made to you in an attempt to issue the
permit.
This letter is to require you to obtain the building permit before October 11, 1994. The permit
fee is $35.15. If this deadline is not met, a citation will be issued and an investigation fee will
be added to the permit fee. If you have any questions or if you have a problem meeting this
deadline, please feel free to contact me at my office.
