Last March you inquired about a sport court on this property. Lyle Oman indicat d a
wetland delineation was required. We received one, but it needs to be approved b
the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District. After that the next step would be to ha e
the wetlands mapped onto a survey of the property along with the wetland easeme is
and the location of the septic system and the alternative location for the septic
system. Once that is done the setbacks can be applied to determine if there is spa,-e
for a sport court. The setbacks will depend on its size and the height of any
associated fencing/netting.
I'm contacting you because your business card is the only contact information we
have. The delineation was sent directly from the consultant without even a cover
letter.
