"Property owner"as used in this Declaration means the owner of the property on which is located the facilities to which the obligations herein apply. 4. Prior Declaration Amended and Superseded. The document titled"Declaration"filed on the Property as Document Number T05143042 on January 2,2014,in the Office of the Registrar of Titles,Hennepin County,is deemed amended and superseded on the filing of this Declaration. 5.
