Dear Mr. Weckman:
I have received your inspection report for my property at 1111 Tamarack. Please be
advised that the property was vacant during 1996. I purchased the property in the fall of 1996
and did not rent it until the spring of 1997; therefore, the building was empty for approximately a
year and a half. If pumping is required every three years, I would assume you are speaking about
systems that are being used. Under the circumstances, I wonder if this could be delayed one more
year. Please advise.
