THIS INDENTIIRE, made this f� day of ,�e. � r, 19�, by
and between Nina W. Wildman, a married person, hereinafter referred to
as "Grantor(s)", and the City of Orono, a municipal corporation, under
the laws of the State of Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as
"Grantee" .
WITNESS$TH, that Grantor(s), in consideration of the sum of
One Dol lar ($1.00) and for other good and valuable consideration given
by Grantee, the receipt of which is acknowledged by Grantor(s), do(es)
hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to grantee, its successors and
assigns , a perpetual easement for drainage purposes and for
construction and maintenance of utilities, together with ingress,
egress and access thereto, on, across and under the land in the County
of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, as follows:
An easement for drainage and utility purposes over that part of
Lot 3, Block 2, FOX BEND which lies within 5 feet on each side of
the f ol lowing described line and its extensions, said line being
drawn from the most westerly corner of Lot 6, said Block 2, to an
angle point in the east line of said Lot 3, said angle point
being the point 100.00 feet westerly of the most easterly line of
said Lot 3.
The Owner does covenant that the owner is in possession of
the above described property and easement and has Iawfull right and
authority to convey and grant the easement herein granted.
State Deed Tax Due Hereon: Exempt
IN T$STIMONY WHSRSOF, Owner has hereunto set owner's hands
