Good morning Liz & Paul -
I trust you are enjoying the summer! I wanted to get back to you regarding your planned
improvements. Sorry for the delay.
Based on my meeting with Liz on Thursday, June 25, to review your landscaping plans and walk '
your lot, the Board hereby approves your plans based on the following representations -
-All trees removed will be within your Building Pad and have a diameter of less than 8" at four feet
above the ground (allowed per Section 15), unless dead or diseased. The trees we viewed were all
located at the rear of your lot.
- You plan to do grading and add stones to create a lower "tiered" back yard. All of the grading will
occur within your Building Pad (which is not disallowed per our Declaration).
- You also plan to add a patio and fire pit within your back yard. Before you commence any hard
scape work, please have your revised Covered Area noted on a revised plan, to confirm the new
Area does not exceed 80% of your Building Pad - pursuant to Section 16 - Lot Coverage.
Liz - please let me know if I missed something or misstated the work you are planning. I really
appreciate the early partnership with you and Paul, and your proactive approach. Let me know if
you have any questions.
