RE: Irrigation System
An irrigation system was installed at 2101 Sugarwood Drive without a
permit this past summer. The permit application was submitted after-
the-fact along with another after-the-fact irrigation permit
application. The fees for both permits were included, however both
permit applications would be charged double fees. The check was then
used for paying the fee of the other irrigation system and the
contractor was contacted to request additional funds for the second
application. The contractor was contacted in September and October on
several occasions, however a check has not been received at this time.
A CO for this property should not be issued until the contractor pays
the permit fee and a final inspection has been made. �"r
