1. Removal and disposai. Remove and dispose of the following:

d. All mud and lath at floor in toilet and shower areas.
e. Mirror frame and frame.
f. Tub,tub faucets, lav top, lavs (2), faucets (2), shower faucet and toilet.

3. Tile and tile prep—see drawings from 6-7-12 for tile layout and patterns.
a. Pour a new 3/. mud floor in lath.
b. Supply and install a new shower pan and pour a new mud floor.
c. Rebuild a new shower curb.
d. Supply and install cement board tile backer to all shower walls as well as tub deck
(Note: deck prep will allow for tile or stone top)and tub face.
e. Tile tub face and border.
f. Tile entire shower—floor and walls. Shower includes two niches with decorative
patterns as well as framed design on back wall. In addition a rail and border pattern
on both walls.
g. Tile bath floor and tile base. The floor layout includes a 6" X 12 "border around
perimeter of entire bath and toilet room floor. In addition the bath and shower
floors will be laid at a diagonal.
h. Tile selections:
1. Floor tile—12" X 12" Crema Marfil Polished. Terrazzo and Marble Border Cut to
6X12/ Field 12X12 diagonal.
2. Shower walls—12" X 12" standard pattern Crema MarFil Polished Terrazzo and
Marble. Curb, tub face, bench face—same.
3. Base—12" X 12" Crema Marfil cut to 4"X 12".
4. Shower floor—2" X 2"AKDO Mosaic Bersa Beige (match to Crema Marfil). Layed
at a diagonal.
5. Bull nose—Crema Marfil—matching or we will make and polish our own.
6. Niches an decorative wall frame—Diamond Gold, Black and Travertine 10" X 10"
sheets. #MEDCRYDIAHI9T.
7. Horizontal border inlay—2" X 2"AKDO Mosaic Bersa Beige.
8. Chair rail pieces—Niches/Border/Decorative frame—2" X 12" chair rail
