The <br /> monuments were built after the Ciry approved the application but before the permit was issued. <br /> Several phone calls have been made to you in an attempt to issue the permit. <br /> As of this date, the permit has not been issued. This letter is to notify you that if the permit is <br /> not issued before August 15, 1994 the City will issue a citation and add a penalty to the permit <br /> fee.
