•� Dear Mr. Graf f:
The City is in receipt of your letter of April 30th seeking
special review for a request to exceed the allowed amount of
improvements within your front yard setback area. In earlier
conversations with your landscape contractor, he was advised that
such a request must be accompanied with supportive exhibits that
are outlined in a special handout at the City offices. Please
note enclosed Attachment B of the building permit application
information for the Sugar Woods plat.
You should be aware that in November 1990 , Rebers
Construction also requested special consideration for additional
improvements in excess of the allowed single driveway/one curb
cut at a 2 0' maximum a 11 owed width within the f ront street set-
back area. I have enclosed a copy of the staff inemo and exhibits
prepared f or that review. •
Please advise your contractor that he may review the files
at the City office to determine what exhibits may be copied to
assist in preparing for your current request. If you are to make
the agenda for the May 20th meeting of the Planning Commission,
all submittals must be into the City offices no later than
Tuesday, May 7th at 2:00 p.m.
