In earlier <br /> conversations with your landscape contractor, he was advised that <br /> such a request must be accompanied with supportive exhibits that <br /> are outlined in a special handout at the City offices. Please <br /> note enclosed Attachment B of the building permit application <br /> information for the Sugar Woods plat. <br /> You should be aware that in November 1990 , Rebers <br /> Construction also requested special consideration for additional <br /> improvements in excess of the allowed single driveway/one curb <br /> cut at a 2 0' maximum a 11 owed width within the f ront street set- <br /> back area. I have enclosed a copy of the staff inemo and exhibits <br /> prepared f or that review. • <br /> Please advise your contractor that he may review the files <br /> at the City office to determine what exhibits may be copied to <br /> assist in preparing for your current request.
