The property addressed 2008 Sugarwood Drive is located within a Planned Unit Development(PRD). Please note this PRD has specific zoning requirements outlined within the resolution approving the plat and the Declaration of Covenants,Conditions, Restrictions and Easements for Sugar Woods(attached). The pool and decking are only permitted to be constructed within the defined building pad as identified within the attached documents. Special attention should be directed to Sections 14, 15 and 16 of Article IX of the Declaration. We will require documentation from the HOA stating they are in approval of your proposal before the City will issue a building permit. Attached is a copy of the City's Building Permit Application for Swimming Pools and Hot Tubs. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any additional questions.
