COIINCIL ACTION - MOTZOW:
Council voted unanimous approval of your request to vary from the
required side setback of 30' and approved a 19' setback for the curved
access drive to your residence and in addition approved that portion of the
drive that encroaches the 50' setback area permitting a curbed access
approach as opposed to the straight alignment required by the City.
Approva 1 of the Counci 1 was based on the fact that several mature trees
would be preserved with the realignment.
Hardcover on your property has been recalculated at 7,496 s.f. or 64$.
Please note all properties within the Sugar Woods subdivision are limited
to 80� hardcover. The City files will be altered to note the amended
hardcover inventory on your property.
