PARTIAL RELEASE OF SUBDIVIDER'S AGREEMENT
The City of Orono, a Minnesota corporation, hereby releases
Lot l, Block 2, Sugarwood Drive, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, from that certain Subdivider's
Agreement between the City of Orono and Rebers Construction
Company, a memorandum of which was filed with the Hennepin County
Registrar of titles on December 6, 1989 as Document No. 2038790.
The City of Orono hereby authorizes and directs the Registrar of
Titles to release said parcel from said instrument, and to remove
the recital of said instrument and this instrument f rom the
Certificate of Title for said parcel.
