A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SEVENTH EXTENSION
OF THE PRELIMINARY APPROVAL
OF A CLASS III SUBDIVISION FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 60 STUBBS BAY ROAD SOUTH
FILE NO. 08-3355
WHEREAS, Clement Kroll and Winnifred Kroll, husband and wife, ("the
Owners") are the Owners of property legally described as Lot 1, Block 2, Betz Addition,
Hennepin County, Minnesota ("the Property"); and
WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on July 14, 2008 the Orono City
Council adopted Resolution No. 5753 granting preliminary plat approval for a four lot
subdivision of the Property; and
WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on June 22, 2009 the Orono City
Council adopted Resolution No. 5847 granting an extension of the preliminary plat
approval for a four lot subdivision of the Property under the application number 09-3413;
and
WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on June 28, 2010 the Orono City
Council adopted Resolution No. 5942 granting an extension of the preliminary plat
approval for a four lot subdivision of the Property under the original 08-3355 application
number;
WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on July 11, 2011 the Orono City
Council adopted Resolution No. 6057 granting an extension of the preliminary plat
approval for a four lot subdivision of the Property under the original 08-3355 application
number; and
WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on July 9, 2012 the Orono City
Council adopted Resolution No. 6151 granting an extension of the preliminary plat
approval for a four lot subdivision of the Property under the original 08-3355 application
number; and
WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on June 24, 2013 the Orono City
Council adopted Resolution No. 6304 granting an extension of the preliminary plat
approval for a four lot subdivision of the Property under the original 08-3355 application
number; and

WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on June 23, 2014 the Orono City
Council adopted Resolution No. 6414 granting an extension of the preliminary plat
approval for a four lot subdivision of the Property under the original 08-3355 application
number; and
WHEREAS, the Owners have requested an additional extension of the
preliminary plat approval; and
WHEREAS, there have been no changes to the zoning or subdivision regulations
that would affect the proposed subdivision since July 14, 2008.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Orono hereby extends until July 14, 2016, the preliminary plat approval granted by
Resolution No. 5753 per preliminary plat drawings by Mark Gronberg dated March 14,
2008. All other findings, requirements and conditions of Resolution No. 5753 remain in
effect.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting
held May 26, 2015.
