A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SECOND EXTENSION OF THE
PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF A SUBDIVISION FOR
PROPERTY �,OCATED AT 60 STUBBS BAY ROAD SOUTH
FILE NO. 08-3355
WHEREAS, Clement Kroll and Winnifred Kroll, husband and wife, ("the Owners") are
the owners of property legally described as Lot l, Block 2, Betz Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota("the Property"); and
WHEREAS, at their re�ular meeting held on July 14, 2008 the Orono City Council
adopted Resolution No. �723 �ranting preliminary approval of a four lot subdivision of the
Property; and
WHEREAS, at their regular meetin� held on June 22, 2009 the Orono City Council
adopted Resolution No. �847 granting a one year extension of this preliminary approval; and
WHEREAS, the Owners have requested a second one year extension of the preliminary
plat approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Orono
hereby eatends until July 14, 2011, the preliminary plat approval branted by Resolution No.
5753. Resolution No. 5753 otherwise remains in effect.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a reaular meeting held
this 28`t' day of June, 2010
