Dear Mr. Jochims:
The Building & Zoning Department is in receipt of your application for a grading permit, which
was received by this office on July 24, 2001. A review of the application finds that the following
information needed for review is missing:
• GRADING PLAN, Show location of berm on survey and provide cross section
showing height and width.
Review of your application will not continue until the noted items are received. Failure to
submit required items immediately may result in delays in issuance of permits.
