Did you do the required improvements to the wetland buffer? We also need legal descriptions for it. I can't get to
the file at the moment. (Offices officially ctosed at 11:30) I will sent you a comprehensive list on Monday, but it all
relates to the wetland and wetland buffer. Homeowner has the info.

and I am wondering why this cert has not been issured.
