During routine inspections by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD)stafF at the above
resources wirhin rhe mentioned location,the following violations of permit#06-092 were observed and recorded on

As long as erosion control measures, such as adequate st�aw, are properly installed on non-
soundsrience, vegetated soils, silt fence is not required. The disk implement used to anchor the straw may not be
i�tnovative rhinkin&an a plowing disk. To avoid fo►mal enforcement action from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District
which may include fees for additional inspections and legal costs, report to the MN Department of
iriformed and sngagcd Commerce for possible violation of license terms,and the delivery of a Stop Work Order, please
implement the above mentioned corrections by Wednesday, December 27.Thank you for your
