the approved plans and specifications,applicable City approvals,and the
State Building Code. This permit is for only the work described and does
not grant permission for additional or related work which requires sepazate
permits. All provisions of laws and ordinances goveming this type of work
shall be compied with whether or not specified herein.This permit will
expire and become null and void if construction authorized is not
commenced within 180 days of the date of issuance,or if construction is
suspended for a period of 180 days at any time after work has commenced.

Chris,
I stopped in a few weeks ago and talked with you about a landscape project I am working on at 300 Stubbs Bay
Road. It entails some reshaping of a few areas; patio work; as well as the installation of a free-standing Arbor-
Shed. My question is on the permitting of the Arbor. You gave me all the information & paperwork that needs
to be filled out but my question ls on the Contractor License for the Arbor. I am hiring a licensed contractor
and have his number, so can I just put down his name and number on my permit but still run the entire project
through my permit?
