The City has received your building permit application on July 29, 2009. The following
items must be submitted in order for your application to be considered comptete and for
the plan review to continue:
Certificate of Survey. Please provide an updated survey meeting Orono's survey
requirements (enclosed) indicating the following:
1. All existing structures on the property as well as any existing improvements such as:
driveways, patios, sheds, septic tank(s), existing and alternate septic drainfield sites,
etc.
2. Existing contours extending 50 feet from the furthest extent of the project and
proposed grading (and retaining walls if any). Please submit engineered designs for alt
retaining walls in excess of 4 feet in height if retaining walls are proposed
3. If wetlands exist within 50 feet of the project, the upslope edge of any wetlands should
be surveyed following a wetland delineation (if applicable). �
Erosion Control & Permit Escrow 8� Escrow Agreement
In accordance with City Code Chapter 79 enclosed is an Escrow Agreement form. This
form must be submitted along with a check for the escrow in the amount of $2,500. If you
have questions on this requirement please contact me.
