The charge for such reprints is the cost of copying service, Messenger service and a minimum
clerical fee of $5.00.

All charges must be paid at the time of the request, and are non-refundable. Requests must
be picked up at the City of�ices unless other arrangements have been made. If prints are
delivered and picked up by a courier service, the charge for such service is to be paid by
requestor.

Add the image scan cost of$5.00 plus the cost of the print by paper size;i.e. a 17 x 22"reprint would cost

The size of the reprint depends on what size the custor�er wants and the size of the original drawing.
Sometimes the customer wants the reprint to be the same size as the original,but it could also be smaller
or larger.
4. Special Handling Fee
1-3 images No Charge .
4-9 images $12.50 (approximately'/.hour)
10+images $25.00(approximately%z hour)*
*If you have approximately 20 images,it would be$50.00.
3. Sales Tax
Add 6.5% sales tax on Prints and Special Handling fee.
5. Pickup/Delivery Fee
$10.5U—includes both pickup and delivery
6. Clerical Fee
$5.00 as listed in the Orono Fee Schedule

Instructions for Reprint of Microfilm
Please make one (1) reprint of each of six(6) plan images on enclosed film.
*Do not renrint the small ima�e without house plan on it (savs Orono Co�v)
Reprint each on bond paper to 11"x17"
Return to City of Orono by Friday February 6, 2004
