During the <br /> inspection staff noted that materials and debris in exterior storage at the above address (and on <br /> the property to the south which is owned by the City of Orono) and specifically, the following <br /> violations of City Code Sections 58-1(a) 58-3 and 78-1577 were noted: <br /> �' 1. Miscellaneous Jzrnk& Debris inclz�ding but not limited to: <br /> Vehicle parts including rims, hoods, engines, front clips, roll cages,front end parts, tires, <br /> frames, pickup boxes, doors and radiators, appliances, junk buildings/sheds, scrap nzetal <br /> and wood, building materials, junk luwn ancl garden equipment, household clebris and <br /> trash. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the property must be brought into compliance by <br /> July 15, 2006 in order to avoid legal action by the City. In order to bring your property into <br /> compliance the above vehicles must be currently licensed and operable, and the above items <br /> must be removed from the property or stared in an enclosed building by the deadline noted above. <br /> Please be advised, if you fail to correct the violations or request an appeal hearing before the City <br /> Council prior to the deadline, the City will correct the violations and the costs to do so will be <br /> assessed against your property [Cite: Ciry Code .58-1(c)].
