Slaughter: It has come to the attention of this department that you are renting an apartment out of your home at 4545 Wayzata Blvd. Our records show you proposed a second kitchen in 1988 and were informed of the requirement for a Conditional Use Permit . You applied for the. permit but later withdrew the application and revised your plans. to delete the..second kitchen. This letter is to request an inspection of the premises to determine if there is a second kitchen and a separate dwelling unit . If there is a violation of the Orono Municipal Code you will be required to cease use of the separate unit and remove the kitchen. Please arrange access before October 4, 1993 . If access is not provided a search warrant will be requested. If you have any questions feel free to contact me at my office .
