According to information in the City files,the residence located at 4545 Wayzata Blvd.W. appears
to be within Flood Zone C, areas of minimal flooding. Although the southern portion of the lot
appears to be in Flood Zone A,the attached topographic map suggests that the residence structure is
substantially above Flood Zone A.
The Flood Insurance Rate Map is effective as of October 17, 1978,panel number 270178 0010 C.
