Dear Mr. &Mrs. Hickey:
I am writing in regards to your property at the above described address,tax parcel
number 30-118-23-42-0005. Staff from this office inspected your property on April 19,
2006 and noted several unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles including but not limited to
a red Ford conversion van license# GWG139,red Plymouth sedan,tan and blue Ford
conversion van license # DCS340, dark colored Jeep license#AFA 549, and a dark
colored Lincoln Towncar. Staff also noted miscellaneous piles of debris, gas cans, car
parts, building materials, storage tubs and etcetera.
The unlicensed and/or inoperable vehicles must become licensed and road worthy or be
removed from the property along with the remaining mentioned items by July 15, 2006.
Staff from this office will re-inspect the property after that date to ensure compliance
with the requirements. Please feel free to call with any questions you may have.
