This letter is a follow-up to a telephone conversation with Jennifer Chaput
on Friday, May 9, 2003 in which we discussed the hardcover on property at 1318
Spruce Place.
As discussed, it is our intent to remove an additional 157 square feet of
bolder hardcover. This allows us to keep the only sidewalk on the property. It
also reduces the overall hardcover one percent below the amount authorized by
the Variance resolution.
