From: Nancy and Evan n 1260 Soruce Place (Orono) Mound, MJ. 5364 We nould like to register our opinion that the vacant lot wnich s for sale at 1290 Spruce Place should not be offered for sale as builablP lot y the current owner, It is our opinion that since this lot was a tax forfeiture and a pubiic expense as well as a nuisance in the neihborhood for years, it should have been offered for sale to the general public. if it vas, in fact, buildable. We, and other neighbor, were lead to believe that it was not buildable and, as such, would be offered for sale only to the ajonng properties. tt was orfered onl to these roperties and it was sold at a very low rice to the propertY on r.he south. If this lot is declared buildable, the present owner will be abie to sell it at a substantial profit. The city will have arranged for hm to benefit greatly at the expense of the general public. This lot shouid either be declared unbuildable or should be repurchased by the cty or state and offered for sale to everyone. G .1
