Ouring routine inspections by the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD)staff at the above
mentioned location,the following violations of permit#02-326 were observed and recorded on
August 21�2003
• Silt fence falling in some areas around site.
The MCWD requires that the petmit holde�take the foliowing action:
� Maintaln and restake sllt fencing to MCUVD specfficatlons until disturbed soils are vegetated.
To awid formal enfarcement action from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District whiah may
include fees fo�additional inspeotions and legal costs�a�d the deltvery of a Stop Work Order�
please implement the above mentioned oorreations by Monday, Maroh 10,2002.Thank ycu fo�
