Dear Mrs. Winston:
Enclosed is a copy of Document#4987689,the Flowage and Conservation Easement over portions
of your property at 755 Spring Hill Road. The attached survey is highlighted to show the boundaries
of that easement. The easement was granted to the City in 1985 to fulfill one of the conditions of
approval of the lot line rearrangement which occurred at that time.
Your homestead property (765 Spring Hill) also contains some wetland northwest of your home.
However, I am unaware of any similar easement affecting 765.
