Dear Jessica,
We are excited to start construction on a new home for Rick and Rene Zona in the City of
Orono. Enclosed is a copy of the letter that we sent to those in the neighborhood near the
home at 465 Spring Hill Road informing them that we will begin construction soon.
We will do our best to keep the site secured, protected, and maintained throughout the
construction process. However, should a problem arise please contact me at 952-476-4564

- Rick & Rene Zona at 465 Spring Hill Road. This letter is to let you know that if you have any
questions or concerns during the construction of the Zona home such as parking, soil on the street,
trash that is not secured or any other items we can control, please contact me at Kyle Hunt eT'
Partners, Incorporated at 952.476.4564 ext. 12.
We also ask that during construction of the Zona home you keep a "look out" on the site during the
f� nights and weekends, when "on-site" activiry lessens. The home will be locked up as soon as
�' possible; however, it is always reassuring to know there are neighbors in view. We have also notified
the local Police Department, Fire Department, and other City of Orono o�cials so that they are
informed of our activities.
We are thrilled about the construction process ahead and want it to be a pleasant experience for
