Per resolution number 6595, construction shall preserve the architectural compatibility of the accessory building with that of the principal structure. Erosion control mechanisms must be installed and inspected by the City proper to any land disturbing activities. The contractor must provide a minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire project and must remain until vegetation has been established. Per resolution number 6595, prior to the release of the escrow money an as-built survey and hardcover calculations must be submitted and approved.
