I'm just following up on my email from last week on a project we would like to do at 2040 Spates Ave,Orono. (Side note: I type this address in GPS and it comes up Wayzata—is this property under Orono?) I've attached the plan....actually the plan is overlaid on the COS. Our questions: Are there hardcover restrictions for the property? Will you need the hardcover calculations? There's a stone patio with gas fireplace—Belgard Bordeaux. I've also attached a picture of the fireplace. This comes in a kit. In addition,there's a paver walkway and patio that pretty much replaces the existing concrete. This project was sold with a gas fireplace. Homeowner is asking, if it were wood-burning,what would be the distance from the house and other structures? I assume it's 25'.
