I've reviewed the subject As built.
The as-built appears to conform to the intent of th�approved plan.
An inspector should conduct a site visit and confirm the following:
1.The survey accurately depicts conditions on the ground.
2.The site is stabilized to the point the any remaining erosion control can be removed.
3.The Drainage pattern on the east side of the home does not direct surface water onto the neighboring
property.

� Attached is a copy of the escrow agreement combining the building permit and Temporary Certificate of
� Occupancy(TCO). The City currently holds $2,500 in conjunction with the building pernut. An additional
; $7,500 is required for a total of$10,000 before the TCO can be issued.

' Please have the property owner sign the attached agreement and return with a check for$7,500. Please make
' sure Item#8 on page two of the agreement is completed. Once final grading and a11 exterior improvements
have been completed submit an as-built survey. We will visit the site to ensure vegetation has been established
i on the property and the grading on the site is accurately reflected on the as-built survey. We will process the
j escrow refund after the above has been completed.
