Dear Mr. Crear:
I have enclosed a copy of the form used by the City for special lot combinations. Please note that the
second and third "whereas" paragraphs reflect a substantially different relationship between the
parcels than is the case with your parcels,and also reflect a substantially different intent in relation to
the ownership of the parcels. From the City's standpoint,we need to determine whether a special lot
combination agreement can be used in your specific situation,or whether a different type of covenant
is necessary and would meet the City's needs.
I have placed on the May 26 Council meeting agenda your request for a waiver of special
assessments on the parcel,and Council consideration of whether an alternative to a lot combination
would be acceptable. If you have any questions,please call me.
